수집하는 정보 · What we collect
주문 시: 이름, 전화번호, 이메일(선택), 주문 메모, 주문 내역, 픽업 날짜와 시간, 결제 금액.
문의 양식: 이름, 이메일, 전화번호(선택), 메시지 내용.
카드 정보는 Square의 결제 창에서 Square가 직접 받습니다. 카드 번호는 저희 서버에 전달되거나 저장되지 않습니다.
When you order: your name, phone number, email (optional), order note, the items you ordered, pickup date and time, and the amount paid.
When you use the contact form: your name, email, phone number (optional), and your message.
Card details go straight to Square inside Square's own payment form. Your card number never reaches or is stored on our servers.

정보를 처리하는 업체 · Who else handles it
Square: 결제 처리. 결제 정보는 Square의 개인정보처리방침을 따릅니다.
Cloudflare: 웹사이트 호스팅, 주문 데이터베이스(북미 서부 리전에 저장), 봇 확인(Turnstile), 쿠키를 사용하지 않는 방문자 통계.
Resend: 주문 확인 이메일과 문의 양식 메일 발송.
저희는 개인정보를 판매하지 않으며, 위 업체 외에는 법적으로 요구되는 경우가 아니면 제공하지 않습니다.
Square processes payments. Payment information is covered by Square's own privacy policy.
Cloudflare hosts the website, stores our order database (in the western North America region), runs the bot check (Turnstile), and provides cookieless visitor counts.
Resend delivers order confirmation emails and contact form messages.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with anyone else unless the law requires it.

Your cart and checkout progress are saved only in your own browser and are never sent to us. Clearing your browser data removes them.

보관 기간 · How long we keep it
주문 기록은 매출 기록의 일부로 보관합니다. 주문 기록에 포함된 연락처 삭제는 요청하실 수 있습니다.
문의 메일은 답변 후 매장 이메일함에 보관됩니다.
Order records are kept as part of our sales records. You can ask us to remove your contact details from them.
Contact form messages stay in the store's email inbox after we reply.
마케팅 · Marketing
결제 화면에 "소식과 할인 정보 받기" 체크박스가 있습니다. 기본적으로 해제되어 있으며, 주문에 필요하지 않습니다.
체크하신 경우에만 주문 시 입력한 전화번호나 이메일로 서울스푼 소식과 할인 정보를 보내드립니다. 체크하지 않으면 주문 관련 연락만 드립니다.
문자에 STOP으로 답장하거나 위 연락처로 알려주시면 언제든 수신을 중단합니다.
Checkout has a "news and deals" checkbox. It starts unticked and is not needed to order.
Only if you tick it, we may send Seoul Spoon news and deals to the phone number or email you gave with your order. If you leave it unticked, we contact you only about your order.
Reply STOP to any text, or contact us at the details above, to stop these messages at any time.
열람 및 삭제 요청 · Asking for a copy or deletion
저희가 보관 중인 본인의 정보 사본을 받거나 삭제를 원하시면 Seoulspoon25@gmail.com로 이메일을 보내거나 832-235-6430로 전화해 주세요. 본인 확인 후 처리해 드립니다.
To get a copy of the information we hold about you, or to have it deleted, email Seoulspoon25@gmail.com or call 832-235-6430. We will confirm it is you before acting on the request.
